I love this quote because of two things. One I think beauty is power, not beauty on the outside but the inside. Then I love the part where it states makeup is just an enhancement. 

For this client we were both pregnant. Not feeling food, and shared our crazy stories of having to pee a lot. TMI I know!

She was so beautiful and even with only being a few months pregnant she already was glowing,

So when it came to doing her makeup I did have to do much, but enhance. 

After Makeup

Simple Eye- Naked Palette and Basic Naked Palette were used. Blackest Black Eyeliner, Allure Falsies Lashes, Bright Pink Cheeks, and a Light Bubblegum Pink Lip.

Isn't she GORGEOUS!!

Had so much fun beautifying her before her boudoir shoot.

Updates!

Hey it's Hay!
I personally want to say a few things. First things first, have been extremely busy this year and want to thank everyone for their patients! Platinum Makeup & Hair has taken off! Within this last year our clientele has grown, and we would like to thank you all for being so loyal!As many already know I have recently had many changes in my crazy life. Not only have I started my new business but I have became a mother. My wonderful husband and I have welcomed our little girl into our family. Miss K is growing so fast. I want to thank everyone for understanding my new schedule with learning to balance this crazy new life of mine!

In the next few days you will see some NEW posts! Well, not so new. If you follow our Instagram: PlatinumMakeupandHair you have seen some of these photos before. I have been slacking on the blogging and updating, but I am going to try and be better!I will be quickly getting everything updated as fast as possible. That means not all blogs will have details about what we did, etc. So feel free to always comment below posts and ask questions.One more thing, we have changed some of our future pricing from here on out. My Wedding Day

As a Makeup Artist

And for my wedding day I knew just that.

That's why I took it upon myself to do some of the girls makeup and hair!

Benefits of a Consultation!

Meet Ginnie!

 She wanted to do photos for her boyfriend and 

asked me if I was able to do a consultation to help

create a look for her the week before.

Here's what we did:

 One week before we met

Tried tighter curls and adding more body

 Makeup we did a softer light smokey eye

Day of; one week later

 We changed the final look up a bit

 Added softer bigger curls

with a darker smokey grey and black eye!

So pretty!
